Directions for use and preparation:
Choose one of the following-

1. Use 2 teaspoons of loose tea. Bring 8- 10 oz of water to a boil, add tea. Then immediately drop the temperature down to low and let simmer for 10-15 minutes. Strain and drink hot or cold. 3x daily
2. Use 2 tablespoons of loose tea. Bring 32-36 oz of water to a boil, add tea. Then immediately drop the temperature down to low and let simmer for 10-15 minutes. Strain and drink hot or cold. 1x daily or drink 1/3 3times daily
Drink one cup 3 times daily for 3 to 4 weeks. It is recommended to drink one cup daily after the initial first month for maintenance, but is not required by the Evolution Program.
