Basic Provisions Needed
2/3 Cup Water • 1 Large Egg • 2 Tbsp Oil
Preferred Cooking Directions
Measure 1 cup of Southern Pecan Gourmet Waffle Mix into a mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, beat 1 large egg into 2/3 cup of water. Add egg and water mixture to the dry mix and stir until all lumps are gone. Add 2 Tbsp of vegetable oil and stir until incorporated. Let batter stand at room temperature for 5 minutes. Follow your waffle maker directions for cooking. Makes 4 four-inch waffles.

Pour entire pouch of Southern Pecan Gourmet Waffle Mix into a large bowl. Follow directions above using 3 eggs, 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp of water and 3 Tbsp of vegetable oil. Makes 8 four-inch waffles.
