Bring a pan of water to a rolling boil. Remove paper tie and submerge noodles in water. Bring back to the boil then reduce to a medium heat. Cook for 3 minutes only. Overcooking will give you sticky noodles! Drain noodles in a colander and refresh well with cold water. SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve with stir fried vegetables and finely chopped ginger with a dash of soy sauce or wheat free amino acids. Add tofu or a little meat as required.
