Directions of use
Adults take 8 drops in 8 ozs. purified water or juice, three times per day. Children use 1/4 to 1/2 the amount. Best taken at least 15 min. before meals or 45 min. after. You may mix 1 day's amount in a water bottle and drinkwhen desired. No refrigeration is required.
